A kickoff meeting in AI Notes. The promise Francis made becomes a task on the board, once he approves it.

From meeting to moving

Nothing lands on a board until someone on your team approves it.

  1. 00:00:00

    Record the meeting

Press record in AI Notes on a laptop, iPhone or iPad. A live transcript follows along, with a name on every line.

  2. 00:42:10

    Read the summary

Stop recording and get a summary at the length you choose, with the decisions made and what's still open.

  3. 00:43:30

    Approve the tasks

Suggested tasks come with an owner and a due date. Edit them, approve them, and they appear on the board.

Tools in a project

Each client gets its own projects. Inside a project, add the tools the job calls for.

Meeting notes that write themselves

  • Live transcript while you record
  • Summaries in short, medium or detailed length
  • Suggested tasks with owners and due dates
  • A follow-up email drafted from the meeting
