Terms of use
These terms apply when you use ZiaPixel Tools on the web or on iPhone and iPad. The app is provided by ZiaPixel LLC ("ZiaPixel", "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you use the app for an organization, you agree on its behalf. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
You own the projects, notes, recordings and files you add. You give ZiaPixel permission to store, process and display them only to run the app for you and your team. We don't claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to access other workspaces, or overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Recording meetings
Recording laws differ by place, and some require everyone's consent. Tell people when you're recording and get any consent the law requires. You're responsible for the recordings you make.
AI features
Transcripts, summaries, suggested tasks and assistant answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review them before you rely on them, especially for legal, financial, medical or safety decisions.
Apple App Store
If you download the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and ZiaPixel LLC, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Disclaimers and limits
We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. ZiaPixel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, where the law allows that limit.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end access if these terms are broken, and will give notice where we reasonably can. These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States.
