How do I get an account?
Public sign-up is coming soon. Until then, accounts are set up by ZiaPixel for clients and their teams. Email us if you'd like access.
I can't sign in
Check that you're using the email address your account was created with. Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen to get a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
How do I record a meeting?
Open a project's AI Notes, then tap Record. The first time, your device asks for microphone access. When you stop, the recording uploads and the transcript appears when it's ready. Keep the app open until the upload finishes.
My recording didn't upload
Don't close the app or leave the page while an upload is failing, because the recording may still be held only on your device. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing, save the audio if the app offers it, then contact us and include the time of the meeting.
The suggested tasks are wrong
Suggested tasks are written by AI from the transcript and can miss context. Edit or dismiss any suggestion before adding it to a board. Nothing is added until you approve it.
Who can see my projects?
Only people who are members of that client or project. Workspace owners manage who has access.
Is my data sent to an AI company?
No. Transcription and AI features run on computers ZiaPixel owns. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then Notifications, then ZiaPixel Tools. In a browser, use the site settings for tools.ziapixel.com.
Delete your account
Email support@ziapixel.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and permanently delete your account, recordings, transcripts and personal information within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what happens to content shared in a teammate's workspace.
